November 12, 1984, Madonna releases her "Like A Virgin" album. Like A Virgin was her second album and becomes her biggest hit. The title track spends six weeks at No. 1 on the singles chart. She also has 3 more top 10 hits off the album "Material Girl," "Angel" and "Dress You Up." To date Like A Virgin has sold over seventeen million copies worldwide.
