This day in music history.

September 15, 1970, Vice-President Spiro Agnew says the youth of America are being "brainwashed into a drug culture" by rock music. He calls for all parents to set a moral example for their children. In less then 3 years Agnew would resign as vice president he would plead no contest for Tax evasion and fined 10.000 dollars and sentenced to 3 years probation. He is later ordered to pay back a quarter million dollars he accepted as bribes while holding public office.
