This day in music history.

May 13, 1969, The Rock and Roll Revival Concert is held in Toronto. Considered to be one of the most important concerts in Rock history. The performers included Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Alice Cooper, Chicago and The John Lennon/ Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band. Playing with the Plastic Ono Band is Eric Clapton, Alan White and Klaus Voormann.
Headlining the show was The Doors. When Jim Morrison came out on stage people were shocked by his full beard and his weight gain. Although he was no longer the Lizard King The Doors set that night was said to be as good as they ever were.
