April 16, 1970, In an interview today Tony Iommi from the band 'Black Sabbath' denied their name has anything to do with black magic. Said Iommoi "Sure we have demonic images on our album covers. And a lot of our songs are about magic, the occult and satanic ritual but that's as far as it goes. We really only picked the name cause we like it".
