April 9, 1969, David Bowie met future wife Angie Barnett for the
first time at The Speakeasy Club, London. He told his friends he
had to have her because she looked so much like him and he always
wanted to fuck himself. They were married in 1970 and together
they had one son named Zowie Bowie.
